Visit NUNU Arts & Culture Collective this summer to view photographs by Lafayette artist Ken Broussard. Working in black and white, Broussard attempts to "slow down the process" that occurs between the the mind and the eye, disrupting what looks familiar so that the viewer can impose their own interpretation onto the image. With keen attention to light and shadow, Broussard looks to convey a narrative element in the moments he captures. Gallery hours are Wednesday–Sunday 10 am–4 pm; Monday–Tuesday by appointment only.
