Saturday nights in the Liberty Center, the city of Eunice and the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park & Preserve present the long-running live radio show featuring Cajun and zydeco music in the Grand Old Opry/Louisiana Hayride/Prairie Home Companion format. Cajun French is the language of the show, although enough English finds its way in for everyone to enjoy a one-of-a-kind Louisiana experience.
