Ride for Rox

Indulge in some bicycling and brews to honor the memory of Roxanne Richard with this annual bike ride on the smooth roads of St. Landry Parish. Athletes and leisure riders of all skill levels are  accommodated with a choice between 9, 18, 34, 44, and 73 mile-long options. The longest three trails will visit Rox's memorial at Lastrapes Garden Center. All rides will begin and end at Bayou Teche Brewing. Check in and day-of registration starts at 6:30 am; the start for the 73 and 44 mile routes is at 8 am; the start for the 34 mile route is at 8:30 am; and the start for the 9 and 18 mile routes is at 9 am. Organizers would like to note, however, that riders are welcome to begin at any time, regardless of distance. More information at latrail.org/ride4rox.
