Saint John x Wild Turkey Birthday Dinner

Chef Eric Cook's French Quarter restaurant Saint John is celebrating its first birthday in a big way—with a special prix fixe four-course dinner menu, of course. Guests will enjoy offerings like a charcuterie board, a charred Brussels salad, smoked Venison tenderloin, and Creole cream cheese cake; all of which will be paired with craft cocktails made utilizing various specialty/small-batch Wild Turkey bourbons and ryes. 6:30 pm–9:30 pm. $100, $120 for seating at the Chef's Counter. saintjohnnola.com.
