Spencer Bohren may hail from Wyoming originally, but he's called New Orleans home since 1976, and his blues/folk rhythms speak to a Southern way with stories. With his band, The Whippersnappers, in tow, he'll make a rare appearance for The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation's Jazz Heritage Series.
