Ruffino's Restaurant has announced a lobstercentric menu for the month of August. "We wanted to offer something truly special to encourage folks to brave the August heat, so we figured this was the perfect time to treat them to a fresh spin on this sweet and meaty shellfish," said co-owner and Executive Chef Peter Sclafani. For $30, enjoy three courses from the selections below:
Appetizers: bisque, lobster Caprese salad, or lobster and Gruyère puff pastry
Entrées: lobster cakes, lobster gnocchi and lobster tacos
Dessert: praline bread pudding (no lobster in this one, although there's no harm in asking for some melted butter for dipping).
