Swamp Pop Dance Reunion

Head down to the home of Louisiana Swamp Pop for a reunion show—featuring legends of the distinct regional genre: Prince Charles Veillon, Tommy McLain, Charleen Howard, Warren Storm, Johnnie Allen, V.J. Boulet, Jay Randall, Bert Miller, Earl Taylor, Mike Vice Greg Martinez, Roy Chaffin, JEssee Domingue, Jivin' Gene, Charlo, Van Broussard, Grace Broussard, and Kenny Tibbs. There will be door prizes, a cash bar, and gumbo available. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at KVPI Radio, the Louisiana Swamp Pop Museum, and Ville Platte City Hall. Purchase of a ticket will also give you a chance to spruce up on your history with free entry into the museum that day from 10 am–3 pm. Party starts at 7 pm.
