On Saturdays this winter and spring, earn the finer points of Cajun cuisine with Chef Randy David of Targil Seasoning & Butcher Supplies. Each class is $50 and includes a cooking demonstration, samples of featured dishes, and recipes to take home. 9 am–5 pm.
