Not in the mood to be stuck in the kitchen leading up to Thanksgiving? Couvant is offering a special pre-fixe menu for the occasion. Multiple options are offered for each course, so diners can choose between elevated takes on the classic turkey and stuffing or opt for prime rib, fish, or something else entirely (including a unique vegetarian option). Couvant is also participating in "Cans for a Cocktail," so bring a canned item to be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank in exchange for a specialty drink.
