The Dance in the Sun Experience
Embassy Suites Baton Rouge 4914 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808
Women's inequality is, gallingly, not at an end in 2018, but more ways than ever do exist for women to find their agency and their "tribe" with empowerment conferences like upcoming The Dance in the Sun Experience, which promises motivation as well as immediate, realistic strategies to improve your life and career. Keynote speaker Jennifer Maggio is founder of "The Life of a Single Mom" and eleven-time Circle of Excellence winner in corporate America for a prominent Fortune 500 company; in 2015 she was named one of the 10 Most Influential Leaders in America by Dr. John Maxwell. The one-day conference also features keynotes, giveaways, a panel discussion, lunch, and networking. 9 am–4:30 pm at the Embassy Suites.
Our contribution to the women's movement is to advise that if you do plan to dance in the sun, you better bring at least SPF 80 to avoid your mother's melanomas. Visit thedanceinthesunexperience.com for tickets, ranging from $49-99–$250; none will be available at the door.
