The Natchez Half

This could be the most historically picturesque half marathon in the South. Natchez's half-marathon course leads runners past landmark after landmark—and up and down some serious inlines, too. Natchez Under the Hill, Dunleith Historic Inn, the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians, the Natchez Trace and historic downtown Natchez are all part of Sunday's 13.1-mile journey.

Not up for a half-marathon? Other routes are laid out for runners of all ages and abilities. There's a one-mile fun run and 5K on Saturday, and on Sunday, a 10K course in addition to the half-marathon.
