Top Taco Festival

In 2017, the inaugural Top Taco Festival, presented by Corona Extra and Paddlewheeler Creole Queen, was a sold-out success with over 3,000 attendees celebrating tacos and tequilas while raising over $20,000 for New Orleans foster children. This evening, Top Taco will return to the Crescent City in its new location at Woldenberg Park, where New Orleans locals and visitors will be able to indulge in festivities while giving back to the community at a culinary competition featuring gourmet tacos and creative tequila cocktails from some of NOLA’s best restaurants, along with live entertainment. Each restaurant will be paired with a premier tequila brands like Sauza Hornitos, Patron, Casa Noble, and more – each offering unique and flavorful libations. VIP tickets include private nibbles and cocktails aboard the Paddlewheeler Creole Queen—the famous riverboat on the Mississippi River. Proceeds benefit One Heart NOLA, a charitable organization that raises funds and awareness for New Orleans’ foster children.

$69 general admission, which includes unlimited grand taco and cocktail tastings, tequila tastings, live entertainment and four people’s choice voting chips; First Tasting tickets are $89 per person and include early entry along with general access; and VIP tickets are $125 per person which includes early entry plus the VIP experience on the Paddlewheeler Creole Queen, featuring signature tacos from ten of the city’s best Chefs, dessert station access, private tequila tastings, exclusive live entertainment and premium open bar.
