Agent Charlie Spillers spent ten years as an undercover agent with the Baton Rouge Police Department and the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics. Today at the Gonzales branch library, he'll share his experiences confronting auto thieves, members of the Mafia, and corruption within the police department itself. Following his undercover career, Spillers worked as a federal prosecutor, justice attaché for Iraq, and attorney-advisor to the Iraqi High Tribunal.
