West African and Southern Comfort Food Pop-Up

Taste your way through a culinary journey from West Africa to the Southern United States at this Delta Arts Alliance food pop–up. The food will be prepared by Gimbia's kitchen, a Mississippi-based company dedicated to familiarizing Southerners with the heritage of classic Southern comfort food, and the diverse flavors and cultures that shape our food traditions, most of which trace their origins back to Africa.
