Hosted by Baton Rouge recording artist and saxophonist Lazarro Nettles, the West Baton Rouge Music & Heritage Festival returns to the West Baton Rouge Museum, bringing bands performing everything from Swamp Pop to Southern Soul to the Juke Joint Stage.
