The West Feliciana Parish Library has launched a brand-new Virtual Author Series, which allows readers and literature fans to attend virtual author talks with notable authors from around the world. The series kicks off with a talk from Kate Quinn, author of The Diamond Eye, The Rose Code, and The Alice Network. Quinn’s latest book, The Diamond Eye, is based on a true World War II story of a quiet bookworm who became history’s deadliest female sniper. In addition to the online talk, the West Feliciana Parish Library will host a public watch party at the West Feliciana Parish Library beginning at 5:30 pm, with refreshments provided by the Friends of the West Feliciana Parish Library. In-person and online at 5:30 pm. Free. Register at libraryc.org/wfplibrary.
