Louisiana's first craft sake brewery, Wetlands Sake, is opening the doors of their brand-new taproom to the community with food trucks, live music, and a crawfish boil at their Grand Opening. Situated in a converted warehouse in the Lower Garden District, the taproom opens to a large patio with outdoor seating, and features a large picture window where you can overlook the sake brewing process. Eight taps with limited-edition sakes will be available on a rotating basis, as will different sake infusions, sake cocktails, traditional sakes, and more. 4 pm–9 pm.
