The LSU Museum of Art is temporarily closed due to COVID-19, but that doesn't mean it's stopped all signs of the creative spark. As part of a digital version of its popular Third Thursday events, LSUMOA will offer live Zoom Curator Talks starting Thursday, April 16. This week's talk features live discussion on Caroline Durieux’s satirical lithographs featured in the museum's upcoming exhibition, Conspicuous: Satirical Works by Caroline Durieux, with Curator Courtney Taylor, plus a live polyester plate lithography demo with Museum Educator Grant Benoit. Virtual space is limited to 30 participants. The Zoom meeting ID will be shared with participants 15 minutes before Happy Hour begins. 6 pm. Free. Register online at eventbrite.com.
