Caroline Alberstadt

Caroline Alberstadt

Stacey Forteich

A professional Interior Designer and lover of art and architecture, Caroline Alberstadt hails from the Northshore of New Orleans but now makes her home in St. Francisville, a region she dubs the "Louisiana Hill Country". She is a graduate of Ole Miss and Louisiana Tech and runs her thriving design business from the basement of the perpetually unfinished home she and her husband designed and built together. Thankful to see so many cultural events and venues yet to be discovered in her beloved home state, she claims Country Roads "saved her life" upon moving back to Louisiana after living many years in the design Mecca Chicago. She continues to seek interesting opportunities to learn about art, architecture, and design in the Bayou State and the region beyond to share with Country Roads readers.
