In her spare time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her husband Irishman Big Tim, whom she married about two years ago in a lavish ceremony presided over by The King himself (Elvis, that is) in the back of a pink Cadillac in Las Vegas. Their blended family includes two small dogs, Riley and Loupe, and two large cats, Goudchaux and Sazerac. In her contributions to Country Roads, she has profiled everything from the hottest peppers in the world to craft beer to antique guns. She is an avid reader, sewer of small monsters, and a proud South Louisianian (who strongly believes that Mardi Gras should be a national holiday).
