Yield: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana (be sure it is ripe and sweet)
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tsp. sauerkraut brine (find sauerkraut recipe at
- microbialuniverse.com/food/sauerkraut)
- 2 tsp. local raw honey
- about 5 ice cubes
Method
- Add everything to a blender, blend, and enjoy! Stir in some chia seeds or hemp hearts for protein.
