Marij's Strawberry Kugel
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. matzo, soaked and drained
- 1/4–1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries
Method: Preheat oven to 350 F. Toss strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Layer soaked matzo and strawberries in a buttered baking dish. Beat together eggs, oil, and salt and pour over strawberries. Bake for one hour. Serve warm.
