Join the Historic New Orleans Collection and learn about the history of opera in America on the eve of the 100th anniversary of the French Opera House's destruction. The program will include four short presentations by Jack Belsom, THNOC’s Alfred Lemmon, Givonna Joseph of Opera Créole and Robert Lyall of the New Orleans Opera Association. 6 pm–8 pm. $15. neworleansopera.org.
