Belle Journal Dramatic Reading

Join the Hammond Regional Arts Center for a dramatic reading directed by local playwright Donna Gay Anderson of selected work from Belle Journal volumes one and two. 

Belle Journal was founded in 2012 by Janey Hogan and Amelia Tritico and is a truly unique and mesmerizing collection of poetry, prose, and visual art by Southern women from all walks of life. In an effort to redefine the term “Southern Belle,” Belle Journal is committed to publishing work that portrays a realistic Southern experience, be it horrific or absurd.
