Broadway goes dark for two nights only at Southern Rep Theatre's Sanctuary Stage, which will host The Storyville Collective for Cabaret Macabre. Some of the stage's most popular songs thrive on disturbing and twisted takes for a night of ghoulish merriment. Expect renditions of favorites from Murder Ballad, Sweeney Todd, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Toxic Avenger, Waitress, and more. Audience members who come in costume will receive a special treat (or a trick, one way to find out), and a contest will be held each night. 10 pm. $20; $15 for students. southernrep.com.
