Live Music at Buddy's Backyard

Opening up their wooded backyard off of Hoo Shoo Too Road as an intimate venue for local live music, Buddy and Karyn Roussel have added yet another eclectic venue to Baton Rouge's particularly sweet collection of them. "Buddy's Backyard" hosts acts of all sorts, but has a particular fondness for the genre Buddy refers to as "trop rock"—or tropical rock, Margaritaville sounds reminiscent of performers like Jerry Jeff Walker, Jimmy Buffet, and Jim Morris.
