An Audubon Evening at Green Leaves

Fifth generation owners of the historic Green Leaves Mansion welcome guests to a lecture with noted bird enthusiast Dwight Lammon—who will discuss John James Audubon and his time in the Natchez area, as well as stories of his own birding adventures. 

The Green Leaves bird china will be on display with a different bird painted on each of the over 200 pieces. Could Audubon himself have painted this china? Come hear the legend and judge for yourself. Reception, with wine and appetizers, begins at 5:30 pm. $30. natchezpilgrimage.com.
