NOBA 50th Anniversary Evening of Stars

Celebrating fifty years as the Central Gulf region's premiere dance organization, the New Orleans Ballet Association invites the public to an elegant golden anniversary performance at the Mahalia Jackson Theatre highlighting a diverse collection of music and dance. Beloved classics from masterworks like Swan Lake, Cinderella, and Paquita will be performed beside contemporary modern dance and stylish ballroom performances—all featuring some of the age's most esteemed artists: The National Ballet of Cuba's Adiarys Almeida and Taras Domitro, the Pacific Northwest Ballet's Jerome and Laura Tisserand, Lindsi Dec, and Karel Cruz, the San Francisco Ballet's Yuan Yuan Tan and Tiit Helimets, NBC "World of Dance" and US champion ballroom stars Denys Drozdyuk and Antonina Skobina, and more!
Guests are invited by honorary chairs Governor John Bel Edwards and First Lady Donna Hutto Edwards to join the Association and the Evening of Stars artists for a grand-seated dinner after the show. The gala will include live music and dancing by Julio & César, live and silent auctions, a Lee Michaels shopping spree raffle, and more. Food will be provided by 1718 Catering by Hyatt Regency New Orleans. In addition to the post-performance reception, Gala ticket-holders will receive premium seating to the performance and VIP perks. 6:30 pm.
