Plants for Birds Sale

Increase the chances that birds will alight on your yard and suffuse your day with unbridled bliss. It just takes a few well-chosen plants! And who better to curate a sale than the Baton Rouge Audubon Society? All are native, of course, and will attract a number of winged friends. The sale takes place from 1 pm–5 pm at White Oak Estate and Gardens (17660 George O'Neal Road). Bird experts will also be on hand with tips for attracting particular birds.

Admission is free. There will be four lectures, tabling by several groups including Audubon Louisiana, and complimentary refreshments provided by the event host, Chef John Folse.
