Families and folks of all ages are invited to take in a preview of The Louisiana State Museum at the Presbytere's newest exhibition Rex: The 150th Anniversary of the School of Design while reveling in Carnival spirit with festive themed food, drinks like mimosas and Brandy milk punch for those over twenty-one, and merry Mardi Gras-inspired entertainment. $25, free for ages ten and under accompanied by an adult. 11 am–1 pm. thelmf.org/butterflyking.
