In August Wilson's intimate, Tony Award-winning play, a brother and sister stand around a family heirloom—a piano, intricately carved with the faces of their ancestors whilst they were enslaved—and they argue about what to do with it. With the question of legacy at its forefront, The Piano Lesson will be the first August Wilson play staged at Le Petit Theatre in over twenty years. 7:30 pm Thursdays–Saturdays; 3 pm Sundays.
