Ingredients:
1 (1 lb.) back strap of venison 1 cup wild game marinade or zesty Italian dressing 1 tbsp. Creole or wild game seasoning 1 tsp. of granulated garlic 1 lb. smoked bacon 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese 12 to 15 slices of jalapeno peppers
Method:
Slice venison back strap or turkey breast into strips, about ¼ inch thick and ¾ inch wide. Season with Creole or wild game Seasoning and granulated garlic. Marinate strips in refrigerator (minimum of 6 hours) in wild game marinade or zesty Italian dressing. Lay each strip of venison, chicken, or turkey breast on a slice of bacon. Spread on a teaspoon of softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Next, add a slice of jalapeno and roll up, fastening with toothpick or on a kebab skewer. Grill and enjoy!
