Culinary Arts Series Coming Home Dinner

The Hammond Regional Arts Center concludes its annual Culinary Arts Series with a "Coming Home" dinner this Monday, with Chef Bryan Poche of Fine Thyme Catering. The dinner begins with a cash bar at 6 pm, with the chef presentation following at 6:30 pm; dinner comes with an appetizer, an entrée, and a desert, demonstrating tricks-of-the-trade. Complimentary wine will be provided with each meal. This year's series has been sold out for most of the summer, but there's still room for more at the Coming Home dinner. $55 (or $50 for members).
