Pasta fanatics, take heed: it's Fettucine Frenzy at Middendorf's this month. On Wednesday through Friday each week, Chef Horst Pfeifer will serve up handmade thin fettucine, upon which you can choose to stack shrimp, crawfish, crab meat, softshell crab, and/or chicken. Some may remember this fettucine from Bella Luna in the French Quarter, where Chef Pfeifer first unveiled it.
