Country Roads magazine has searched statewide to find Louisiana’s best Small Town Chefs of 2017, and from a crowded field of kitchen wizards, three all-stars emerged: chefs Hardette Harris of Minden, Dustie Latiolais of Henderson, and Jeffrey Hansell of Covington. Join us on at the Louisiana Culinary Institute for the 2017 Small Town Chefs Awards Dinner—a four-course feast of the winning chefs' signature flavors, paired with craft cocktails by BRQ Barbeque and Seafood.
